Covered Scarf | Defect Fluff - Skin (snow cap)

Fluff is the best word to describe ours under scarf. Made of cotton lycra fabric which is soft, comfortable, breathable, and not too thick. This snowcap type is the basic type without an adjustable strap. The fabric is a stretchable type, suitable for someone who prefers not to tie theirs under scarf.
